Jay and Robin Cox :
Jay was born in Kentucky and moved to Dayton, Ohio in 1972. Joined the Army in 1980 and then moved to Cincinnati in 1984.
Married Robin in 1997 and moved to Hamilton in 2001.
Retired from Delta Air Lines in 2019 after 32 years.
Started doing Real Estate Investing in 2016 with one house and was very nervous about that choice.  We worked on rehab after work and on weekends.  Kept buying and rehabbing using the BRRR method and in 2021 we opened our first Short Term Rental with the upper floor of a duplex.  In 2022 we opened our second STR using an entire three bedroom property.

  While working for a global consulting firm, Stacey fell into the real estate investment game by accident. What she didn’t know, though, was that her life would change forever with that one property purchase.

• Stacey continues to grow her STR portfolio, owns a rapidly-growing co-hosting and property management service, and is passionate about helping others. She provides education via 1-to-1 consulting, group coaching, live events and online courses. Her signature approach is teaching others how to set themselves up for success, grow their wealth, and live their best life.
• She is the founder of the Female Short-Term Rental Investors Facebook group and The Short-Term Rental Society, a member-based online community for STR hosts and vendors. Through her work, Stacey helps others turn their short-term rental dreams into a successful business without having to sacrifice their family, their free time, or their sanity.
